MSDSL is pleased to announce a brand-new partnership with electronic document management company SportsForms. All player registration for MSDSL will be done via SportsForms starting with the 2020-2021 season.
The SportsForms platform allows parents to electronically complete and sign virtually any document from any device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.). Documents are stored in a secure, online portal and accessible to club and team administrators at any time.
MSDSL joins other Michigan leagues in utilizing SportsForms, including Directors Academy, USYS Midwest and Great Lakes Conferences, the Michigan Premier Program (MSPSP) as well as MYSL (also starting with the 2020-2021 season).
Any MSYSA-affiliated club can take advantage of a special Group Pricing Offer negotiated directly with SportsForms. And given these tough economic times, SportsForms is also offering a Deferred Payment Option to help clubs deal with cash flow in the aftermath of the crazy Spring season.
